Run Coaching

You are stronger than you know!

STRIVE run coaching is an online service for runners of all levels, geared towards helping people reach their running goals and true potential. We know, oh too well, the pitfalls that can come with self guided running, and we are here to help you build confidence in your running, motivate you and help you feel your best on and off the road.

We are all on our own individual journey and many of us want to improve, whether it be to feel healthier, to get faster race times, avoid pain, or if you just want to try running for the first time, we can help.

What is a Run Coach?

A coach is there to personalize training programs fit to your needs, all the while keeping it interesting and fun, and guide you away from those mundane (copy & Paste) programs and into exiting new challenges and possibilities.

Your coach will help you through online interactions and accessible tools to help you reignite your passion for the sport and belief in your abilities.

A coach educates, inspires, mentors and prepares you for races mentally and physically. They will also guide you on the importance of all factors that effect your running such as the impact of eating better, sleeping better and thinking better in order to feel better and run better.

You’re stronger than you know!

What are your prices? Prices will be discussed and agreed upon at the end of the call. This can vary depending an individual’s needs and circumstances.

Why answer our questionnaire? In order for us to find out more about you as a person and a runner, it is helpful for us to establish whether we are the right fit for you and you for us. This process helps us understand what your needs are so we can best help you in achieving your goals. Pricing may vary depending on the needs of the individual and the time needed to help you get to where you want to be, so we will get back to you with a quote once the Questionnaire is complete.

What people say about coaching with Reiss…

“I came to see Reiss after a stress fracture in my left fibula. I had been running for a while but never been properly coached so there was a lot of work to do on improving my technique.

I wasn’t quite sure how I could change the way I ran because I’ve never really given it a thought. I was surprised to learn how much you could do just by improving your cadence and posture while running…“
